I dont see that you have listed that there is green tea and caffeine in your product. I normally have reactions to caffeine, like rapid heart beat and insomnia. I can usually take a cup of coffee as long as I eat something. Is there as much caffeine in each capsule or two capsules as a cup of coffee? If I take just 1 tablet will it still be beneficial?
