No Way to Cancel The main complaint about Acai Berry Maxx that surfaces again and again has to do with canceling a subscription. After signing up for the free trial, many customers had issues canceling. Like many diet programs, Acai Berry Maxx automatically enrolls customers in its program when they sign up for the trial.
However, despite their claim that all you have to do is call and cancel before your trial period is up, some customers complained of being charged even after the cancelled their subscription.
