The fruit gained immense popularity among people after it was declared as "the no.1 super food" by Ophra Winfrey on her show.
Acai Berry and weight loss: An overweight human body causes bloating, constipation and the accumulation of excess gas in the body. Though Acai Berry reaps large health benefits, it has not been proven that it is directly responsible for weight loss. Many people have found various degrees of loss in their weights and many have found none after the consumption of Acai Berries. The Berry has proven a healthy source of nutrients and many antioxidant compounds. But its credibility as an effective agent for weight loss is debated.

In regards to the weight loss, I have noticed just in the past 4 days that I’ve felt less bloated, I’ve had better digestion. And my heart burn is GONE!!!!!!! what a relief!!!! I couldn’t sleep at night before. Because of bowel irregularity I’ve gained weight. But now since taking this Juice, I’m feeling the difference, and this is just in 4 days. Can’t wait to see the results in a month. But most importantly, I FEEL great!!
