I received my sample today and am looking forward to trying it . I don’t understand , however, why it lists on this website “By taking it with meals you will help to make sure that you are digesting food as quickly as possible” . Why would you want to speed up digestion ? That will just make you hungry again faster. Both fiber and fat slow down digestion and cause calories to be more timed release which stabilizes blood sugar and keeps you fuller longer. You don’t want to go overboard on the fat of course since it’s dense in calories.
Anyhow, am looking forward to trying this product !
