I just recieved my trial bottle of 60 capsules of the dietary supplement. It says to take 2 pills per day, not the 3 dosages per day you recommend(is that 2 pills x 3 times per day?). Also, no info on when it should be taken – bedtime, morning, etc.? Would like to get maximum benefit from this to see if its worth continuing to purchase. Would appreciate some additional info. You take 2 capsules a day at anytime morning or night. should notice results in 15 days, this inclused cramping gas and bloating, signs the product is working for you. a full detox take 1-3 months depending n your system. when you feel the overwhelming energy and a flatter stomache, discontinue use of the product.
