Acai Berry

Pure Acai Berry After the beaches and brilliant soccer team, Brazil's gift to the world is the Acai berry. This wonder berry has occupied enough of TV space as any latest celebrity, just so much that everyone's talking about it.

It's the latest marketing strategy to announce anything containing Acai berry extracts as edible and good quality. But all is not true always. There are scammers who every customer should be aware of. This review will guide you on whether Pure Acai berry is a good product or not.

What do we need?

For normal metabolism of the body and living at the peak of mental and physical health, the government recommends certain amounts of minerals and proteins to be included in the daily diet (Dietary allowances). For most, the daily diet does not fulfill these requirements leading to nutritional deficiency. That's why Acai berry is recommended as dietary supplement. The benefits of Acai berry are numerous:

And the components for producing such desired effects are found at high concentrations in Acai berry than any other fruit.

Guarantees of Pure Acai berry

There are many food based companies offering Acai berry products – extracts, juices, capsules and health drinks. One among them is Pure Acai berry. Pure Acai berry are produced as capsules. It is taken as a dietary supplement. They guarantee all the effects that the Acai berry can give like good bowel movements, health and fitness, good immune power, lesser risk of cancer and other cardiovascular problems etc.

Consumers of Pure Acai berry have found varied results with the product. Though the product does deliver what it promises, the duration for actual realization of the effects seems varied for different individuals. This might be attributed to the individual responses of the product on each consumer.

But most consumers realize the effects about a week later. And the effects are not as "pronounced" as other Acai berry products available in the market.

Pure Acai berry – The complaints

Though the Pure Acai berry product does seem to produce desirable effects there have been a few complaints on their marketing strategies. Many customers expressed their distress at being delivered products that were "not ordered" for. But in reality, these products were delivered according to the Terms and Conditions.

There were also complaints on "unauthorized product delivery" and "unauthorized charging".

The terms and conditions is probably the cleverest strategy used by businessmen. Everyone knows the Terms and Conditions section is the least read part in ordering any product. We automatically assume that there is nothing "dangerous" or brush off the need to be wary. This has been made clever use of by many businessmen to market their products and profit. When the order is about to be closed, the final requirement would be to check the box saying "I have read the Terms and conditions and agree to the same". In the eagerness to close the order almost every customer does not read the details of "Terms and conditions' and checks the box. When a customer signs in for trial of the product, he/she automatically agrees to the product being delivered at regular intervals.

The Terms and Conditions clearly state that the product will continue to be delivered if the customer does not cancel the order. And money will be withdrawn accordingly from the credit card account that has been provided.

Since it has been agreed for by the customer there is no way the customer can deny or file a case against the businessman. And just as the customer realizes this trick, and plans to cancel the order, he/she realizes that the phones and customers services do not respond promptly. They almost always seem to be unavailable.

Every customer is advised to read the terms and conditions (no matter how uninteresting it can be) and agree only if it suits them. Thus anyone ordering Pure Acai berry or any other Acai berry product should be well aware of all these marketing strategies.

I spoke to a rep to cancel my trial offer he refused. I did take the time to read the terms. So to all you out there don’t buy off the internet. I found that I could buy the product locally at a GNC store for $14.99. I now will leave the rest to my lawyer.
